Sheryl Palermo

Sheryl Palermo is an experienced learning and development professional with a passion for designing and delivering effective training experiences. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Behavior Studies and Organizational Leadership from George Fox University, in addition to studying Communications, Training and Development at Portland State University and completing an associate degree at Portland Community College. With a wealth of experience in the industry, Sheryl has worked with some of the biggest names in tech, holding positions such as Senior Learning Experience Designer at Salesforce, Senior Global Customer Success Trainer at Salesforce, and various roles at AWS Elemental - an Amazon Web Services Company. Sheryl's areas of expertise include instructional design, training and development, and organizational leadership.
