Sherrie Zuo is a highly experienced qualitative research expert with over a decade of experience. She has honed her skills in collecting and interpreting qualitative data and insights, making her a well-rounded senior moderator and analyst. She holds a Bachelor's degree in English and American Language and Literature from Shanghai International Studies University.
Sherrie Zuo has worked in different tiers of cities and has worked on several strategic research projects for foreign brands' entry into China. She has also run research projects overseas. During her tenure as a Research Director at Ipsos, she helped clients to understand consumer experience, user journeys and decision-making process. As a former Associate Account Director at Millward Brown, she provided invaluable insights that informed marketing and business strategies for her clients. Before joining Ipsos, she worked as a Senior Research Manager and conducted research across a variety of industries.
Her toolkit encompasses a wide range of consumer interviewing methods, including focus group, in-depth interview, ethnography, workshop, and online/social media platforms. Sherrie Zuo has made significant contributions to the marketing research industry and has become a respected figure in the field.
