Sheron Tyndall is a seasoned transportation project manager with a strong background in planning and environmental disciplines.

With 18 years of experience at the Federal Highway Administration, Sheron has honed skills in transportation project development encompassing long range plans, NEPA documents, rights of way, and public private partnerships.

Sheron is known for leading change, influencing others, and fostering effective team dynamics while emphasizing the importance of metrics in project success.

Adept at communication and relationship-building across all organizational levels, Sheron is also an experienced public speaker and former National Highway Institute instructor on public involvement, NEPA, and Section 4(f).

His expertise lies in transportation planning, NEPA documentation, public involvement, impact assessment, regulatory permitting, and various regulatory frameworks like Section 4(f), Section 106, and others, always prioritizing trust-built relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Sheron's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Public Policy Analysis from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, a Master's degree in Public Administration from the University of Kentucky, and a Master's degree in Theology/Theological Studies from Columbia International University.
