Shereen Heise

Shereen (Griffith) Heise is a strategic process designer and project manager who has a deep passion for leveraging technology and innovation for social good. With her excellent analytical problem-solving skills, end-to-end project management, work ethic, and empathetic leadership, Heise has gained recognition in various contexts. She is a former public interest lawyer who studied Juris Doctor at Stanford Law School and Bachelor of Arts, International Political Economy, High Honors at University of California, Berkeley.

Heise is currently the Group Strategy Lead at Reforge, a company that offers professional education programs to help accelerate the growth of experienced professionals in the tech industry. Prior to this, she served as the Product Development and Strategy Lead at Reforge and a Consultant at Bain & Company. She has also worked with the Open Society Foundations as a Law Fellow, the Accountability Counsel as a Summer Law Fellow, Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP as a Summer Associate, Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty as a Legal Intern, Triage Consulting Group as a Legal Services Senior Associate, and as an Associate Consultant at Triage Consulting Group.

With her deep social impact and education experience, Heise continues to be an active force in the industry, contributing significantly to the development and management of a wide range of projects.
