Sher-Rhonda Cabean is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in legal and event management. She holds a B.A. in Jurisprudence from the University of Baltimore and an A.A.S. in Paralegal Studies from Essex Community College. Her educational journey includes a Diploma from Woodlawn Senior High School and studies at Harford Heights Elementary School.
