Shepon Sarker

Shepon Sarker is an experienced Civil Engineer with expertise in soil testing and mobile phone manufacturing. He is a skilled individual with over 3.5 years of extensive experience in building up an excellent career in a challenging job in the Civil Engineering soil test reputation company and mobile phone manufacturing industries of reputed multinational organizations. His excellent educational qualifications include a Diploma in Civil Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Computational Mathematics from Rangpur Polytechnic Institute, and Dhaka International University.

His professional experience includes working as a Sub Assistant Engineer (Lab Technician) at Civil Tech Development Ltd, Project Engineer at Srabon Holding Limited, Officer at Edison Group (Symphony Mobile & Accessories, Siemens), and Database Administrator at Janoni computer training Center.

As a Lab Technician at Civil Tech Development Ltd, he was responsible for making soil test reports and submitting them to upper management. At Srabon Holding Limited, he designed and developed mobile phone manufacturing infrastructure, operational matrices, performance planning, people, and processes aligned with market demand, and respective regulatory authority. He also developed people and processes through the implementation of Lean manufacturing, 5S, kaizen, Six Sigma.

His technical skills include soil testing procedures, Microsoft Office, IMEI label designing, MES System operation, and equipment installation. He is an extrovert, humorous, and confident individual who loves new things and dares to change if reasonable.
