Sheng Li is a chemistry Ph.D. candidate specializing in semiconducting conjugated polymers. With a strong background in monomer/polymer synthesis, material characterizations, and device fabrications, Sheng is well-versed in various analytical and experimental techniques like 1H NMR, UV-vis, MALDI, TEM, and optical microscopy.
Sheng is proficient in conducting reactions under inert conditions, fabricating thin-film devices such as OFET, and performing conductivity measurements using the 4-point probe method. Moreover, Sheng has experience in using Python for research data processing and visualization.
Apart from academic pursuits, Sheng Li has a diverse educational background. They studied Accounting at the University of Toronto School of Continuing Studies, pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Polymers and Materials Chemistry at the University of Toronto, and completed a Bachelor's Degree in Material Chemistry at Nankai University.
