Shelly Berkowitz

Shelly Berkowitz is an accomplished professional with a diverse educational background and extensive experience in various leadership roles.

She holds a Master of Arts in Composition, English from San Francisco State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from The Collins College of Hospitality Management at Cal Poly Pomona.

Currently, Shelly serves as the Head of Success Enablement and Customer Education at Pendo.Io, where she leads initiatives to drive customer success through education and enablement.

Prior to her current role, she held the position of Vice President Training at Zuora and served as the Senior Director of Zuora University.
