Prior to her current role, Shelby honed her skills at Plug & Play, a renowned startup accelerator and corporate innovation hub, where she contributed to managing the early-stage investment program. Shelby's initiatives have led to the establishment of a vast global network comprising CXOs and business leaders from various industries, providing them with access to innovative ideas to stay competitive in their respective markets.
