Shelby Friedman

Shelby Friedman is an Expat Texan deeply entrenched in the world of politics and advocacy, currently engaged as @iamwesmoore. With a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science earned Summa Cum Laude from Middlebury College, Shelby has honed her skills through a diverse educational background, including a stint at Boğaziçi University and Greenhill School.

Shelby has accumulated a wealth of experience working in various high-profile positions within political campaigns and advocacy organizations. She has served as Deputy Finance Director at Wes Moore for Maryland, Finance Director at Lizzie Pannill Fletcher for Congress, and also held roles at the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG), J Street, and the Religious Action Center of Reform Judaism. Her political acumen was further developed through internships with Bernie Sanders for President and Congressman Lloyd Doggett at the U.S. House of Representatives.
