Sheila Smith is a highly qualified organizational consultant with expertise in leadership coaching and development, performance management, and employee engagement. Her strong track record includes successful collaborations with leaders to achieve challenging objectives and implement best practices within organizations. Sheila's educational background includes a B.A. and a Diploma in HRM from the University of Guelph, as well as studies at the University of Waterloo.

She currently serves as the Founder & Principal HR Consultant and Executive Coach at S2HR Consulting, where she offers her extensive experience and skills to support organizations in various HR-related areas. Prior to this role, Sheila held positions such as Human Resources Business Partner at Xylem Applied Water Systems Canada, Associate Recruiter at Knightsbridge Human Capital Solutions, and Human Resources Manager at Sandvine. She has also served as the Programs Director at Guelph and District HRPA and Sr HR Consultant at RWDI.
