Sheila Saldana is a highly accomplished Vice President of Client Services with over 18 years of managerial background in IT operations, business solutions management, client services, and service delivery. She is a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from California Lutheran University. Throughout her career, she has identified and developed innovative solutions to operational and business problems effectively. She has directed numerous projects within the budget and schedule while mentoring and empowering her employees for maximum success.

Currently, Saldana holds the position of Vice President, International General Manager at TigerConnect, where she manages international business activities for enterprise clients. In her role, she collaborates with C-Suite Executive Leadership, Client Care, Sales, Marketing, and Operations in identifying opportunities and developing strategies to promote business growth and profitability. One of her significant achievements is implementing the first International Amazon Web Services infrastructure in Singapore to over 100 hospitals with 60,000 users.
