Technical Recruiting

- Own recruiting efforts for Software Engineering Leadership teams across all products/organizations and hire for Leaders within Product, Infrastructure and Machine Learning Orgs. 
- Lead POC and PM on restructuring and scaling recruiting operations and processes across the NORAM SWE Leadership Recruiting org. Revamp and streamline our prescreen script, candidate prep documents, recruiting/candidate correspondence templates, and the recruiter handoff process. 
- Lead on client management partnership, including hiring manager relations. Work with client partners/hiring managers to define job requirements, outline job postings, and develop new sourcing strategies by understanding hiring needs and department goals.
- Creator of Hiring Manager Partnership Playbook used across the org for client management POCs. 
- Maintain clean and accurate data across the recruiting funnel with up-to-date metrics across my pipeline. 
- Partner with Sourcers, Recruiting Coordinators, Closers and Hiring Teams to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Mentoring and training new hires across the SWE Leadership recruiting teams. Developed In-Team Onboarding Guide for all new hire mentors to ensure an organized and simple onboarding process across the org. Developed additional internal resources for onboarding workflow. 
- Collaborate with recruiting leaders on updating initiatives across our organization. 
- Lead on the Team Engagement Committee. Culture driver across our recruiting teams to bring everyone together during remote work and instill values of togetherness and collaboration during WFH.

SWE Leadership Recruiting

• Own full-cycle recruiting efforts for Data Science, Engineering, Experience Design, Experience Research and Interior Design positions from sourcing, interviews and closing.
• Work with client partners/hiring managers to define job requirements, outline job postings, and develop new sourcing strategies by understanding hiring needs and department goals.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, internet searches, direct sourcing, community conferences, meetups and internal referrals.
• Provide weekly reports to hiring managers on progress for each requisition & maintain clean and accurate data + metrics.
• Partner with Sourcers, Recruiting Coordinators, Talent Partners and Compensation to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
• Partner with teammates + managers to update recruiting documents and streamline hiring processes across all recruiting orgs within Airbnb.
• Diversity and Belonging Champion + Task Force.

• Manage and support a number of special projects related to diversity and inclusion, campus relationships, talent integration and candidate experience.
• On the Zillow Group Diversity & Inclusion task force and continue to lead D&I events and regional meetings in the San Francisco office.

Technical Recruiter

• Own full-cycle recruiting efforts for entry-level to mid-level tech and non-tech positions from sourcing, interviews and closing.
