Dr. Sheila Mander is an experienced clinical psychologist, licensed in both Illinois and New York. Her focus is on transitioning her clinical skills into organizational settings, specifically aiding in succession planning and development. Additionally, Dr. Mander is interested in change management and how it affects both leaders and employees in organizations. Her skills have been utilized in consulting and clinical roles, where she has worked on teams within organizations. Dr. Mander is highly qualified, having studied a Masters in Counseling Psychology and a Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology at The Adler School of Professional Psychology, as well as a BA in Psychology and English at Rutgers University. Her diverse background includes working as a Psychoeducational Consultant at Center for Special Education Services, a Post-Doctoral Therapist at PsyCynergy Psychological Services, a Pre-doctoral Intern at Hamdard Center for Health & Human Services, and much more. Dr. Mander's experience in diversity and inclusion is also extensive, and she is eager to expand this role in the future.
