Upon returning from Africa, I chose to pick-up where I left off in the USA - planning unique and successful corporate events.  I have met new friends and have been taking in all the new experiences along the way.

I left the USA and the corporate world to follow my passion to live and work in Africa.  I fell in love with the continent over 20 years ago and kept going back until it finally drew me in.  I lived in Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe working with amazing people, doing amazing things to preserve Africa's incredible wildlife.

Conservation Liaison 

I managed our team of event planners that execute our internal and external events.  The team creates, budgets, and handles over 200 events a year across the spectrum of training meetings, sales events, executive meetings and incentive programs.

I built and maintained relationships with several corporations handling all of their logistics from budgets, site visits and all the way through to execution.  I did mainly international programs in my role as Events Planner at ADI.

I handled the marketing from our headquarters to our franchisee's for their overall Marketing plan.  I created and approved all materials used for promotion and advertising.  I also handled the logistics for our sales team meetings and executive board meetings.

I managed the largest division of CCA Global Partners along with 4 other divisions.  I handled the logistically details for all of the sales events and incentive programs.

I handled the event logistics for events for an array of clients including UnitedHealthcare, John Deere, and Carpet One.    Event locations included Banff, Canada, Hawaii, China, and all over the USA.

MotivAction

I worked mainly in two areas - staffing and transportation.  I contracted and managed up to 150 on-site staff for a large annual city-wide event and also maintained the transporation for that same city-wide event.
