Sheila Dillon

Sheila Dillon holds the position of Chief of Housing and Director of the Mayor's Office of Housing (MOH) in the City of Boston. In this role, she provides counsel to the Mayor on various housing-related matters including policy, affordable housing production, homelessness, homeownership, legislation, and neighborhood development.

With oversight of five major program divisions under MOH, including the Boston Home Center, Neighborhood Housing Development, Office of Housing Stability, Supportive Housing & Homelessness, and Real Estate Management and Sales, Sheila Dillon manages a substantial budget of $180 million, sourced from City, State, and Federal funds. Her responsibilities also involve leading a team of 150 staff members.
