Sheila de Castro is a highly experienced marketing and communications consultant, with a track record of success in senior roles across various organizations. She received a Bachelor of Arts in Communication with a minor in Economics from Randolph College and pursued further education in Digital Marketing at Cornell University and E-Marketing at the University of Virginia.

Sheila began her career as a Senior Account Executive at TPN, a division of the Omnicom Group, and worked her way up to Group Account Director and Account Director, Client Service roles. After her successful stint at TPN, she joined Marriott International as a Senior Manager/Account Supervisor for Global Creative & Content Marketing.

Over the years, Sheila has honed her expertise in digital marketing, strategic planning, branding, content creation, and team management. In addition to her professional experience, she is also an active member of her community and participates in several nonprofit initiatives.
