Sheena Brady

Sheena Brady's career is a testament to how a simple idea can snowball into a successful enterprise. The founder of Tease Tea has been creating all-natural and sustainably sourced tea blends since 2013 while actively supporting programs that empower women. With a business that now caters to customers in over 30 countries, she has contributed over $150,000 in product and financial support through the company's giveback program. Her passion, purpose, and profit philosophy has not only benefitted her entrepreneurial endeavors but has also birthed a social enterprise, Founders Fund, Canada's first digital growth accelerator that supports women entrepreneurs through mentorship, funding, and resources. The initiative has supported over 600 women and provided funding to 18 companies barrier-free.

In addition to launching and managing her businesses, Sheena has worked as a service leader, event manager, tea sommelier, merchant success manager, and course instructor. She studied hotel and restaurant marketing, hotel and restaurant management, Spanish language, tea sommelier, and wine sommelier certification, among others. Her experience ranges from working with large hotel chains like Shangri-La and Four Seasons to serving as a customer success lead at Shopify Plus. She uses her immense knowledge to educate others, inspire her employees, and create lasting change with her philanthropic initiatives.
