During an illustrious 11-year tenure at UBS, Shea was instrumental in driving growth and enhancing profitability within the Global Private Funds Groups.

Before transitioning to fundraising, Shea gained valuable experience on the operational side of the business at a dynamic software company, following a successful tenure at ABS Capital Partners, a leading growth equity investor.
