Shazeen Virani

Shazeen Virani is a seasoned professional renowned for her expertise in deriving valuable insights from extensive datasets, identifying significant opportunities, and effectively implementing strategic solutions. She excels in navigating complex client relationships and organizational challenges, along with possessing exceptional facilitation skills.

In 2018, she established Virtue Strategic Advisors, where she has developed organizational strategies for numerous prominent entities, including HIAS, The Anti-Defamation League, Big Brothers Big Sisters, Boys and Girls Clubs, and the YMCA.

Before founding Virtue, Shazeen held a senior managerial position at The Bridgespan Group, a leading strategy consultancy in the US nonprofit sector. During her tenure there, she engaged in consulting projects involving strategy formulation, facilitation, operational planning, and the creation of implementation roadmaps and performance evaluation frameworks for several renowned nonprofits.

Her wealth of experience extends to her time at PwC, where she led a team specializing in governance and economic development for Aboriginal communities in British Columbia. She has also worked with prominent international organizations like the Aga Khan Foundation, the World Bank, and the UN, gaining exposure to diverse environments such as East Africa, Tajikistan, and Afghanistan.
