Shaykara Webster, MBA, is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in business operations, human resources, project management, and non-profit management.

She earned her Masters of Business Administration with a focus on Human Resource Management from Winthrop University, all while managing full-time responsibilities as an HR operations manager in Charlotte, NC.

Currently based in Atlanta, Georgia, Shaykara serves as the Business Operations Manager for the global non-profit organization Women Who Code, where she applies her expertise in operations, logistics, talent acquisition, vendor/supplier management, and social media/content.

Throughout her academic and professional journey, Shaykara has held various roles including Chief Recruitment Officer at Incluzion, Founder + CEO of 3MC Business Solutions, Head of People Operations at WP Buffs, Global Operations Manager at Women Who Code, and more.
