Shay Cohen

Shay Cohen is a highly accomplished entrepreneur and business leader with a diverse background in innovation, corporate governance and sales and marketing. Having studied at Idc Herzliya, he holds a Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Law, in Business Administration, Entrepreneurship and Finance.

Cohen has held several key positions throughout his career, including Chief Innovation Officer at Tnuva, one of the largest food manufacturers in Israel. He has also served as Director of Corporate Innovation at Tnuva and Interim Chief Executive Officer at Fresh Start Foodtech Incubator Il. His experience extends to the advisory boards of several organizations including Rewire and Take&Make.

Prior to his work at Tnuva, Cohen led the Ventures division of Earthbound Il and served as Innovation Director, Food and Refreshments, for Israeli Unilever Global Open Innovation Port Powered By Eb. Earlier in his career, he was Vice President Sales and Marketing at Ava Quality Coffee Options Ltd., and CEO and co-founder of Green Life Cafe.
