Shawn Wills

Shawn Wills is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in development and philanthropy. She holds a degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia and has worked for esteemed organizations such as the Dallas Symphony Orchestra, CitySquare, and Texas Women's Foundation. With a passion for empowering women, Wills currently serves as the Vice President of Operations and Strategy at Women's Business Council - Southwest while also teaching as an Adjunct Professor at Paul Quinn College. Her expertise in strategy and operations has been honed through her various leadership roles, where she has spearheaded fundraising campaigns and cultivated strong partnerships within the community. Before joining Women's Business Council - Southwest, Wills served as the Chief Development Officer at CitySquare and the Development Director at Rainbow Days, Inc.
