Shawn Kormanek

Shawn Kormanek is a seasoned executive with 23 years of extensive experience in leading large global operation teams, focusing on quality projects such as LEAN/6 Sigma, sourcing to low-cost off-shore service centers, and ensuring the achievement of performance and budgetary objectives.

Shawn has played a crucial role in reducing net credit losses by developing and implementing effective collection strategies. He successfully led initiatives to meet regulatory requirements for mortgage servicing and guided CitiMortgage out of the U.S. Treasury OCC consent order.

He is also an active member of Leadership St. Louis and has a background in Political Science and Government, having studied at the State University of New York College at Cortland.

Shawn has held key executive positions in renowned organizations such as Rabo AgriFinance as Chief Operating Officer and had a significant tenure at Citi, where he served as Chief Operations Officer, Managing Director, Global Head of Digital Collections, and COO UK Consumer Bank, among other roles. Prior to Citi, he held leadership positions at GE Money and Bank of America.
