Shawn Hunter's background includes founding Targeted Learning Corporation, which he built from scratch with his father, Hal Hunter, Ph.D. In 2007, he sold TLC to Skillsoft and continued to lead the company, broadening their leadership product portfolio for nine years. He published his first book, OUT•THINK (Wiley, Jossey-Bass) in 2013 on innovative leadership practices and founded Mindscaling with award-winning learning designer Eleanor Guare in 2015. Shawn published his second book, SMALL ACTS of LEADERSHIP (Bibliomotion) in 2016.
