    Shawn has a wealth of experience in the fitness industry, having worked as a Personal Trainer and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist at Shawn Biggs Fitness, Certified Personal Trainer at Club Newtone, Equinox, and MIT Athletics, as well as serving as a Personal Trainer and Exercise Supervisor at Purdue University.

    His future plans include CSCS Recertification in summer 2017 and acceptance into an MA program for Education in fall 2017, demonstrating his commitment to professional development and growth.

    Shawn Biggs is passionate about sharing his life story, encompassing his experiences with sports, exercise, fitness, addiction, affliction, successes, failures, triumphs, tragedies, decisions, behaviors, and regrets, all of which will culminate in his autobiography that aims to inspire and propel him towards a bright future.
