Shawn Xu

Shawn Basak, a graduate of MIT Sloan School of Management and Northwestern University, boasts an impressive career history spanning across multiple industries. He currently serves as the VP of Partner Operations at Workato, a position that leverages his ample experience building strong alliances between companies. Prior to this role, Shawn served as an Advisor to several companies, such as Fuzzbuzz and ReFirm Labs, Inc. He also held a series of leadership positions at Black Duck Software, including GM Revenue Growth and Head of Strategic Alliances, Global SIs and Channels.

Shawn began his career serving as a Growth Intern at Drift, where he gained valuable experience and insights into the field of business development. He continued to rise through the ranks, eventually becoming the Director of Corporate Strategy at Mission Measurement, a role that honed his strategic planning and execution skills. Shawn is particularly interested in growth strategy, corporate strategy, and stakeholder management, and has shown an ability to succeed in a variety of contexts.
