Shauna France is a highly qualified attorney with diverse experience in various sectors such as corporate law, securities regulation, foreign legal studies, and international law. France first completed her Bachelor's Degree in History from the University of Southern California. She then went on to study Securities Regulation at the prestigious University of California, Los Angeles - School of Law, where she obtained her Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree. France's educational background also includes a Foreign Legal Study & Exchange Program in International Law and Legal Studies, which she completed at the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies.

France has worked in multiple law firms, including her current position as an associate at Morrison & Foerster LLP and her previous position as an associate at Cooley LLP. She also worked with the US Securities and Exchange Commission and the District Attorney at San Mateo County.
