Shaun Rose is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in real estate and hospitality. He is currently the Director at Rosewood Realty Group, a boutique real estate brokerage firm in New York City. With over a decade of experience in the industry, Shaun has become an expert in negotiating deals, marketing properties, and providing exceptional service to clients.

Prior to his role at Rosewood Realty Group, Shaun held several high-profile positions in the hospitality industry. He was the Managing Partner at White Horse Tavern, Principal at 3G Hospitality Consulting, Partner at type:social, and the Consulting Operator at The Dominick. Shaun's expertise in the hospitality industry allowed him to develop excellent management and leadership skills, which he has carried over into his real estate career.

In addition to his work in real estate and hospitality, Shaun was also the Managing Partner at GoldBar + Sweetwater Social. His experience in business development, marketing, and customer service allowed him to successfully grow and manage these two popular nightlife venues.

Shaun's education includes studying at Tottenville High School. He is known for his excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
