Shaun McCabe is a respected veteran in the gaming industry with positions ranging from Lead Gameplay Programmer to Chief Technology Officer at Insomniac Games, and Engine Programmer and Junior Programmer at Interplay Entertainment Corp. With a solid educational background in Game Design and Development from Full Sail University, and a Bachelor's degree in Music Performance, General from Rollins College, McCabe has honed his skills and expertise in programming, technology, and production.

In his current position as Head of Technology at Insomniac Games, McCabe is responsible for spearheading technology advancement within the company. Previously, as Chief Technology Officer, he oversaw the development and deployment of cutting-edge tools and workflows throughout the studio. He has also served as Production Director and Executive Producer, responsible for leading the development of numerous AAA titles.

In addition to his experience in game development, McCabe has a passion for music and has leveraged his knowledge in digital audio programming as a Sound Programmer. Overall, he is a multi-talented individual with a wealth of experience in various positions, including programming, technology, production, and sound.
