Shaun's educational journey includes a Masters in Engineering Management from The George Washington University, specialized training in the theory and operational practice of nuclear power systems for submarine operations from Naval Nuclear Power School, and a Bachelor of Science with Honors in Naval Architect Engineering from the United States Naval Academy.

Throughout his career, Shaun has held key leadership positions in various organizations, such as VP & General Manager at Directly, COO at Karmia, Operations and Customer Onboarding consultant at Directly, VP of Operations at Directly, SVP Customer Success & Services Sales at support.com, Chief Operating Officer at outsourceIT, and Principal - Investment Banking at Bowen Advisors, among others. His extensive experience spans roles in sales, marketing, new technology introduction, operations, and customer success across prominent tech companies.

Prior to his impressive corporate roles, Shaun served as a Sales Engineer at Telecommunications Technique Corporation, a Nuclear Submarine Officer in the US Navy, and an Enlisted personnel in the United States Army Reserve.
