Shashwata Chattopadhyay

Shashwata Chattopadhyay is a highly qualified individual with a Bachelor of Technology in Power Engineering from the National Power Training Institute (Eastern Region) and is currently pursuing a combined M.Tech + PhD in Photovoltaic Module Reliability at the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay.

With a strong academic background and a keen interest in solar energy, Shashwata is a Partner at SOLARMARQ Engineering LLP, contributing his expertise in the field of engineering and renewable energy.

Prior to his current role, Shashwata gained valuable experience as a Senior Research Assistant at the National Centre for Photovoltaic Research and Education (NCPRE), IIT Bombay, where he honed his skills in research and technological innovation in the realm of photovoltaics.

Additionally, Shashwata has worked as a Design Engineer (Mechanical) at Development Consultants Private Limited, further enriching his professional portfolio and diversifying his skill set in the mechanical engineering domain.
