Currently serving as the youngest senior investment manager at Sagana, an impact-focused fund, Shashwat specializes in FoodTech, alternatives to plastic, and Climate-related solutions.

Prior to his current role, he gained valuable experience as a consultant at Mckinsey & Co, where he delivered significant cost savings in the Pharma industry, optimized vendor financing processes for a public sector bank, conducted impactful research on Covid's impact on farmers, and facilitated substantial fundraising for a prominent NGO.

Shashwat's academic excellence is evidenced by his graduation from IIT Kharagpur with a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Economics, where he graduated at the top of his class in 2019.

Apart from his professional endeavors, Shashwat is also a dedicated social entrepreneur, having founded InfinityBox, a startup in the food-delivery industry that focuses on reducing single-use plastic by introducing reusable food-grade containers.
