Sharrona Reaves is the Executive Producer, Creator, and Host of These Three Things Podcast, a podcast dedicated to Women of Color centered around conversations on relationships in various aspects of life including the workplace, family, and community. Each episode leaves the audience with three key takeaways to prompt reflection and new perspectives. The podcast also features a guest therapist who provides insights on navigating the origins of relationships. Sharrona Reaves holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications with a focus on Advertising & Marketing from The University of Alabama. Prior to her podcasting venture, she held roles such as Director of Sales & Marketing at FPC of Savannah, Assistant Coach specializing in Recruiting and Marketing Coordination at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville and West Virginia University, and as Head Coach at the College of Central Florida.
