Sharon Simasiku

Sharon Simasiku is a legal professional who has a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) with honors, obtained from the University of Zambia.

Sharon Simasiku has a wealth of experience in various legal roles, having previously worked in different prestigious organizations.

She currently serves as the Legal Counsel and Company Secretary at Huawei Technologies Zambia, managing legal matters and corporate governance.

Prior to her current role, Sharon held the position of Head of Legal and Compliance as well as Company Secretary at United Bank for Africa (UBA) Zambia Limited, showcasing her expertise in legal compliance and governance.

Before her corporate roles, she gained experience in the public sector as an Assistant Senior State Advocate at the Attorney General's Chambers in the Department of Civil Litigation.

Furthermore, Sharon has served as a Resident Magistrate in the judiciary, where she handled various legal cases and contributed to the judicial process.

In the early stages of her career, Sharon was a Learner Legal Practitioner at KBF & Partners, where she honed her skills and knowledge in legal practice.
