FACEBOOK 				Facebook Events - Service Delivery ExecutiveProvide highest level of event, conference, trade show, project management, and marketing support for the global Events Team at Facebook.  Successfully manage three verticals including 130+ employees for the global Facebook Events, Oculus Events and Facebook Studio teams.  •	Drive global vision and purpose of Facebook Event, Trade show and Conference operations to help Facebook meet its business objectives and goals•	Provide seamless end to end planning and execution of Facebook Events including conferences, tradeshows, internal and external events, product launches, educational seminars, media briefings, etc. with upwards of 5,000 attendees•	Successfully work cross functionally with stakeholders from multiple Facebook teams to provide the highest level of customer service•	Responsible for budget management of 15 markets across the globe•	Utilize law degree to successfully negotiate financially favorable contracts •	Manage and lead third party vendors such as technology providers, registration, exhibits, stage, signage, booth, catering, production company, A/V, etc.•	Develop strategy to successfully meet quarterly and annual SLA’s, KPI’s and goals•	Analyze ROI based on metrics, data and market analysis to drive direction and effectiveness of events•	Provide marketing and branding strategy to successfully meet event goals•	Effective in improving vendor management reporting, information flow, business process and organizational planning for all events•	Responsible for creation and distribution of promotional materials and inventory management•	Create the operational systems, processes and policies in support of Facebook’s mission•	Promote events and studio teams to increase visibility and internal branding
