Sharon Peake, CPsychol

Sharon Peake is a Chartered Psychologist (CPsychol) and the Founder & CEO of Shape Talent Ltd, a consultancy focused on diversity and inclusion, leadership development, and career coaching. She has been recognized as a LinkedIn Top Voice and her company was awarded D&I Consultancy of the Year 2022. Peake specializes in helping multinational organizations accelerate gender equity and foster inclusive workplaces.12
