Sharon Lohr-Petersil

Sharon Lohr-Petersil is the National Office Director at Maccabi Canada, a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting Jewish identity and culture through sports. With years of experience in leadership roles, Sharon has honed her skills in managing operations, overseeing communications and marketing, and building relationships with stakeholders. She is an expert in creating and implementing strategic plans to achieve organizational objectives. Additionally, Sharon has extensive experience in event planning, fundraising, and volunteer management. Growing up in Canada, Sharon was always passionate about sports and her Jewish heritage. She played basketball and participated in other sports growing up and later became an advocate for promoting sports as a platform for cultural exchange and community engagement.
