Sharon Kinsman Salmon is a seasoned professional with a background in consulting, executive coaching, and leadership development.
As an accomplished individual, Sharon has served on various non-profit boards including Le Moyne College, where she was the former Chairman and currently serves as a Trustee, contributing to the Investment Committee and Academic Affairs Committee.
She also holds the position of Chairman of the Board of Trustees at Bergen Family Center in Englewood, NJ, and leads the Investment Committee at the Diocese of Syracuse.
Further showcasing her dedication to philanthropic endeavors, Sharon is part of the Advisory Board at the Keith Kiernan Foundation.
In addition to her board commitments, Sharon engages in volunteer activities such as providing one-on-one college interview preparation for seniors at Cristo Rey New York High School.
Sharon's illustrious career includes a tenure as a Senior Executive at Pfizer, where she managed $20 billion in global pension fund and savings plan assets in her role as Assistant Treasurer.
Her responsibilities at Pfizer extended to roles as Vice President for Global Compensation and Benefits, as well as Vice President for HR Planning, where she served as the Chief of Staff to the global HR head.
