Sharon Harris is a highly experienced marketing leader with a career spanning over 20 years across various industries such as financial services, media and advertising, technology, and commerce.
As the former Chief Marketing Officer at Ascential Digital Commerce, Sharon played a pivotal role in empowering major brands to excel in digital commerce strategies. Prior to that, she led marketing initiatives at Jellyfish, Deloitte, and Microsoft, consistently exceeding revenue targets and driving international marketing strategies.
Apart from her corporate roles, Sharon is a dedicated advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion. She actively engages in professional mentorship programs, speaks on topics related to representation in tech, inclusion, and allyship, and is a founding member of the Black Executive CMO Alliance (BECA). She also serves as Co-Chair of IGNITE National, a nonpartisan organization encouraging young women to participate in politics.
Sharon's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Literature from New York University, product management studies at General Assembly, and American/United States Studies/Civilization studies at Yale University.
