Sharon Gazit

Sharon Gazit is the Head of the Corporate and Technology Department at Goldfarb Seligman & Co., where she also serves on the firm's Executive Committee. With a specialization in international-commercial transactions, Sharon provides legal counsel to hi-tech, technology companies, and venture capital funds on daily operations, investment transactions, and M&As.
