I strengthened client relationships as a Scrum Master and Project Manager overseeing a wide span of project types focusing on digital marketing campaigns, product strategy, Web and software development. Highlights include:ADOBE EXPERIENCE MANAGER IMPLEMENTATION (CQ5) – Nike+ Fuel LabMy team and I raised revenue by establishing a long-term relationship with a new client while maintaining an aggressive budget and managing a large scope increase. We are now competing for preferred CQ vendor status.PROCESS IMPROVEMENT – Client Jira InstanceWe exceeded client expectations and contributed to a growth account, while improving our internal and offshore process by meeting client requirements for using Nike’s Jira instance and following their agile process. I obtained the internal team’s buy-in to change a long-established Jira protocol and cranked up the volume on internal communication to clean up the backend for client collaboration. Our efforts sped deliveries, closed out sprints early, and added more stories / points onto each following sprint. The process has been adopted by other Razorfish teams.

The Nike+ Accelerator, powered by TechStars, hosted 10 companies for a three-month immersive, mentor-driven startup accelerator. The focus was to allow companies to leverage the Nike+ platform, and NikeFuel, to build offerings that inspire and assist people to live more active, healthy lifestyles. I assisted with wearable strategies, and of course, project management.

<a href="http://INTEL.COM">INTEL.COM</a> MENU 2.0 DESIGN: Contributed to Intel’s place in top 25 global Web sites from 2013 Web Globalization Report Card, leading the project team and partnering with discipline leads to guide client-centered decisions and recommendations. Major results included increased time on site, improved usability results, expandable menu, and 2 new prototypes for user testing.LARGE-SCALE PROJECT MANAGEMENT – Intel Ultrabook Campaign 2012: Our project increased revenue $500K+ by providing structure and support for the overall vision of adding cutting-edge technology for Web, HTML 5 Tablet/Mobile and iPad App. TEAM MANAGEMENT – “My Intel”: We increased online program participation, design wins, and sales by centralizing customer profile management and dashboard capability, enabling sophisticated customer experiences, improving 1:1 relationships, and resolving significant business issues. We also reduced Intel costs and risk of mishandling customer information and optout, avoiding privacy and legal actions.

ECOMMERCE: I spearheaded the ecommerce discovery and design phase for J. C. Penney’s two new retail businesses; partners include Hearst Magazines and Oprah. We increased Fluid revenue $250K by rapidly increasing the scope and expanding to full lifecycle project management with change orders and add-ons. All milestones were delivered on or ahead of schedule. As a result, we sourced the largest revenue ever as of 2011 from negotiations for Fluid Social and Fluid Experience products, production change orders, and Web site administration.

I drove the work of the design team to meet four major project goals, translating strategies and ideas into prioritized plans and tasks with timelines, helping to gather information, and removing roadblocks.STRATEGIC AND EXECUTIONAL LEADERSHIP: I simultaneously collaborated on 2 releases of Final Cut Pro X and Pro 7, partnering with members of engineering, marketing, QA, documentation, and legal for on-time  delivery of software, Web, and Blu-Ray design, UI, and content for the update on a very tight schedule. Led preparation work for executive reviews; produced first review for Steve Jobs in 2 years.VISUAL DESIGN STRATEGY DEVELOPMENT / IMPLEMENTATION MANAGEMENT: I developed the strategy and implemented the best approach for extensive visual design work on the Motion project, considering time, resource, and scope limitations.
