    Sharlene started her career in 1986 at a mortgage company processing and closing loans.

    In 1987, she transitioned to working as an Escrow Officer in the Grand Rapids market for 'Transamerica Title Ins. Co.' and later moved to Muskegon in 1990 with the same company.

    By 1996, Sharlene became the Escrow Branch Manager under the LandAmerica Transnation brand and later took on additional branches in Ottawa County in 2006.

    In 2008, she became one of the primary owners of the West Michigan operations, forming Transnation Title Agency and managing the Lakeshore Division covering Muskegon, Grand Haven, Holland, along with company Escrow Operations.

    Sharlene expanded the division, adding new offices and overseeing Florida operations.

    She created company processes, conducted training, and provided mentoring, leading to her promotion in 2023 to Chief Commercial Officer with a focus on organizing and growing the company's commercial footprint.

    In her role, Sharlene mentored staff on procedures to enhance efficiency and expand the customer base while handling operations, profit and loss analysis, market research, employee development, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

    Sharlene's specialties include over 25 years of expertise in Commercial transactions and development, with a background in managing short sales, 1031 exchanges, and residential transactions to mitigate title issues and support underwriting risk.

    Sharlene Shineldecker holds an Associate's degree in Business from Westshore Community College.

    She has served in various key positions in reputable organizations like Cherette Group and Transnation Title Agency, including roles as Chief Operating Officer, Chief Commercial Officer, and Division Vice President.
