Shariq Hashmi

Shariq Hashmi is a Blockchain Evangelist with over 5 years of experience in researching and studying Blockchain technology and its decentralized applications in the FinTech and Banking sectors. He actively contributes to and advises on numerous Blockchain-based FinTech projects.

Shariq holds a BS in Electrical from Texas and has progressed through the corporate ranks of multinational corporations before venturing into entrepreneurship within the tech industry. He currently serves as the Co-Founder & Project Lead of ZedXe, overseeing the development of the Blockchain / Sidechain Platform for ZedXe Trading and Finance.

With a background as a former UAE Ambassador at LISK Blockchain Application Platform, Shariq possesses a deep understanding of project implementation procedures. He is known for his ability to drive innovation and propel projects beyond industry standards.

Having previously held positions such as Product Specialist in Investment Turnkey Solutions at EPM LLC and Group Manager at YS Trading International, Shariq has acquired a diverse skill set and extensive experience in the technology and finance sectors.
