Sharif Maghraby is an experienced and diverse professional with over 25 years of experience in media, innovation coaching, leadership, and personal development. Holding a BA in Communication/Psychology from The American University in Cairo and certification in new media from Vancouver Film School, Sharif's career spans across various cross-functional roles in the broadcast, digital media, and content production sectors in the MENA region.

Currently serving as the Lead Innovation Coach at the SAP Training & Development Institute, Sharif is a coach accredited by the International Coach Federation (ACC), who focuses on innovation, personal development, and creative leadership using the latest methods from design thinking, business model innovation, systemic coaching, and positive psychology. He is also the creator of the ‘Being My Best’ personal development program, an audio-based learning journey that guides people on a life-changing experience through self-discovery and transformation.

Prior to his role at SAP, Sharif held several key positions throughout his career, including Creative Coaching Maestro at Winnovate, Senior Manager of Operations at Middle East Broadcasting Center (MBC), Managing Director at Comedy Central Studios Arabia at twofour54, and Business Manager and Content Producer at MBC.
