Shari Holly is the Director of DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) Strategy and Operations at PIPELINES, a mobile app designed to connect underrepresented talent with job and training opportunities in the tech, entertainment, and creative industries. Background and Experience
Holly began her career in the diversity and inclusion space at PromaxBDA, where she implemented various development and training programs aimed at helping emerging talent transition into the entertainment marketing industry. She has also worked as the Program Administrator for the Commercial Directors Diversity Program, which aims to increase access and opportunities for underrepresented directors in commercial production.23
In addition to her role at PIPELINES, Holly is involved with several advisory councils and organizations, including ArtworxLA and the CSU Entertainment Alliance. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Western Michigan University, where she studied Business Administration and Spanish.124
Personal Interests
Holly is known for her passion for connecting people and fostering genuine relationships. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys salsa dancing, writing poetry, and is a self-proclaimed coffee enthusiast.23
