Shantanu Talegaonkar is a seasoned business operation manager with years of experience in start-up operations, strategy and business planning, alliances development, P&L and operation management. His expertise also extends to corporate security and electronic surveillance system management, with knowledge in regional account and project management, sales and service delivery. Talegaonkar is also well-versed in corporate real estate management, specializing in regional fit-out project design and execution lifecycle, APAC/MEA regional portfolio management, procurement, transaction, turnkey project fit-out, and facilities management.

Talegaonkar attended the University of Pune and the College of Engineering and Technology, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering degree. He furthered his studies at Jnana Prabodhini and Fergusson College.

Talegaonkar previously worked at WNS Global Services as Manager Facilities, Administration, and Commercial and as Assistant Manager-Facilities and Administration at Geometric Software Solutions Co. Ltd. He also worked at the Engineering Division of Public Trust as Engineer/Assistant Manager.
