Shantanu has held various roles in distinguished organizations such as Nomura, where he serves as a Business Analyst, and previously as a Manager of Strategy (West Zone) at LEAD School, Business Analyst at Evalueserve, and Summer Intern at ftcash.

Moreover, he contributed as the Overall Coordinator at Aakaar, IIT Bombay, showcasing his leadership potential and organizational skills.
