Shannon Santangelo

Shannon Santangelo is a highly qualified and experienced individual, who has made an impact in the business world by promoting the transformation of unused urban spaces for the betterment of local people and independent businesses. She is the Co-Chief Executive Officer of Make Shift, an organization that is committed to unlocking opportunities for people and businesses alike. Shannon has a degree in Mathematics and Finance with an Accounting minor from Cabrini College, and a Master of Arts and Religion concentrated in Ethics from Yale Divinity School.

Shannon has worked with Make Shift in various capacities, including as the Chief Operating Officer, Interim Chief Network Officer, Project Operations Team Lead, and Operations Manager. She has also worked as an International Transfer Pricing Manager and Executive at PwC and Grant Thornton UK LLP, respectively. Shannon has held several other positions, ranging from Strategic Partnerships Intern at the Connecticut Coalition for Achievement Now, National Economic Council Intern at the White House, to Audit Intern at Ernst & Young.
