Shannon Low is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in seed investment, startup advisory, business development, technology development, product management, partnership strategy, and government relations.

Shannon holds a Master of Science degree in Economics for Development and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from the esteemed University of Oxford. Earlier in Shannon's academic journey, they studied Computer Science, Physics, and Maths at Raffles Junior College, followed by GCE 'O' Levels at Raffles Institution.

Throughout Shannon's career, they have been involved with various renowned organizations in advisory, mentoring, and partnership roles. Some of the key positions Shannon has held include Advisor at Interface Labs, Mentor at Techstars, Venture Partner at Lyrik Ventures, and Director at Google, where they oversaw Play Partnerships for EMEA region, led Android Apps and Games Business Development, and managed New Business Development for APAC.

Shannon's rich professional experience also includes roles such as Business Development Manager at Plug and Play Tech Center, Director at Heresy Pte Ltd, and Senior Manager at Media Development Authority of Singapore in the Animation & Games division.
